CCG’s Approach

Planning & Pre-Construction
CCG began the project by bringing together all trade partners to review scope, submittal requirements, material lead times, sequencing, permitting needs, outages, and the overall schedule. We assessed site logistics, identified protection measures for existing finishes, and developed plans to minimize disruption in occupied areas. This upfront coordination established a clear and organized path forward.

Execution & Construction
Our team created a detailed call sheet with superintendent and emergency contacts for all trades, followed by safety meetings and notifications to building occupants and the Owner’s PM. Perimeter controls were installed, and all outages required for demo or make-safe work were communicated in advance. CCG executed the project plan as outlined during the kickoff meeting and distributed the schedule to all trade partners to maintain accountability and workflow.

Collaboration
We worked closely with the owner, architect, and end-users to align expectations and streamline decision-making. A defined workflow established how changes, approvals, and unforeseen conditions would be handled, ensuring critical information reached the appropriate decision-makers quickly and efficiently.

Problem-Solving
Throughout the project, CCG addressed challenges proactively through consistent communication. Early discussions about potential changes helped prevent cost or schedule impacts, while coordination with trade partners minimized disruptions from design revisions. By communicating intent as soon as it became known, we reduced delays and maintained project momentum. Clear communication was the cornerstone of our problem-solving approach.
